Is there any advantage by being a silent person?

People says they're cool..mature-looked..calm..bla bla bla..

As for me, a so-called silent person..it's really irritating..

As a silent person, i dont talk much, since i find it really tiring by talking much..

But because of that, I cant really express myself..my thoughts..my feelings..etc

That's why miscoms often happen..errgh..

I'm really dumb at putting things into words..
